Partners
NAZ is a collaborative of nonprofits and schools.
NAZ is a pre-cradle-to-career collaborative made up of 30+ nonprofits and educational institutions that have aligned programs and systems to encircle Northside parents and children with all-encompassing support. NAZ anchor partners each represent a critical component of our ecosystem.
NAZ anchor partners are at the core of our collaborative. They bring expertise in one or more focal points of the NAZ ecosystem and have strong track records providing quality services and demonstrated impact for low-income families and children of color. We provide integrated services in close collaboration with a range of anchor partners that represent a critical component of our ecosystem, working together to:
Provide integrated services and support through staff co-location at partner sites
Share data to measure progress and shape our collective response to community need
Engage in mutually reinforcing activities and meet in Action Teams to coordinate services
Support a common systems and policy change agenda to end generational poverty
Our partners represent core elements of the NAZ ecosystem, including: early childhood, K-12 and expanded learning, housing, career, and financial stability for families, community wellness as well as physical health.
